“Early Skiing on Snoqualmie Pass” by John Lundin

January 25 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Ancient Skier member John Lundin talks about and show pictures from his new book, Early Skiing on Snoqualmie Pass.

John’s book discusses the early days of skiing when Snoqualmie Pass was the epicenter of the sport, and the Seattle Times said Washington was “concededly the greatest skiing area in North America,” and “it was at Snoqualmie Pass that modern skiing was born and raised.”

Copies of John’s book will be available for purchase at the event from Chapter One Bookstore.  Profits from book sales go to support the Washington State Ski & Snowboard Museum.
