The Gold Mine, thrift store extraordinaire and a true Sun Valley original, was established in 1955 by the founders of the Community Library. Profits for The Gold Mine support the Community Library, and we appreciate your support of this unique and important thrift store.
The Gold Mine is an important job creator and a favorite shopping location for locals and visitors alike. Here you’ll find great deals on items donated by our dynamic and diverse locals. Find treasures that range from sporting equipment, clothing, children’s items and one-of-a-kind collectibles. Selections include:

Want to donate or consign items to support the Community Library?
Donating to the Gold Mine or consigning with the Gold Mine Consign is easy. Donations are accepted during regular business hours in the alley behind the Gold Mine. Consignments are taken on a drop-in basis Tuesday through Friday from 2pm-4pm and by appointment for more than 5 items.

Donations are tax deductible. Be sure and get your tax donation sheet when you drop-off your items.
